Part-time Cold Pressed Juicer

PEOPLE’S PRESSED is a cold-pressed juice company and clean cafe located in Downtown New Bedford and Padanaram Village in South Dartmouth. We thrive off the high vibrations that come from fresh cold-pressed juices, clean eats and raw energy. We are looking for a part-time Cold Pressed Juicer to join out team!

This position is perfect for someone who is interested in learning about the cold pressed juicing process, has an interest in health and wellness, is responsible and independent. They must also have a strong attention to detail, work quickly and diligently and be comfortable working alone. Must have consistent availability on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow all juicing processes with temp control, cleaning, assembling and disassembling equipment, bottling and labeling

• Prep, wash, grind and press all produce using industrial sized cold pressed juicer

• Maintaining facility from a sanitation and housekeeping standpoint. This includes: cleaning, sanitizing, organizing and proper storage of equipment, juicing tools and materials

• Dish washing

• Working efficiently and diligently is a must

Qualifications and requirements include:

• Strong work ethic and punctuality

• Ability to work independently

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

• Must be able to lift between 25 - 40 lbs

• Speed

• High attention to detail

• Able to do repetitive work safely

• Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence

• Basic understanding of production schedule and recipes

• Food safety certification

• Must be available consistently on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
